1. What ConsentScope Provides
ConsentScope is a tool that reports technical observations (for example: cookies detected before/after consent). It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with GDPR or any other law.
2. Free vs Pro
The Free version analyzes the current page locally. Pro features may require network access (for scan history, exports (PDF/JSON/CSV), and policy analysis) and are unlocked using a license key.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ConsentScope in a lawful manner and not to abuse or interfere with the service (for example via automated scraping, attacks, or attempts to bypass licensing).
4. Limitations
Detection is best-effort and heuristic-based. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate depending on how a website is implemented. You are responsible for verifying results and making decisions based on them.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
ConsentScope is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
